During the 12 Hours of Sebring earlier this year on SpeedTV, I heard about a new documentary movie entitled Truth in 24 that was filmed around and during the 2008 24 Hours of Le Mans. The movie looks amazing and will surely highlight the amazing motorsport of Le Mans endurance racing and the drivers that compete in this historic and brutally challenging race every June. The 2009 event was just on SpeedTV a few weeks ago and was dominated by the Peugeot LMP1 prototype teams breaking Audi's stranglehold on victories in the event. These are some of the same drivers, teams and cars that we saw race at Road Atlanta in the 10th anniversary Petit Le mans as well as who we will see at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this coming August.
I just found out from a friend of my wife about the free download of the entire film that is currently available on iTunes for a limited time. Check out the trailer, than head on over to iTunes and get your copy of Truth in 24. Don't worry, you can view it in iTunes, you don't need a fancy video iPod or iPhone. Excuse me while I go check it out myself.
